What we know about you, and why
Short and without the legalese: we collect only what we need to call you back and build your website. We sell nothing and track no one.

Who processes your data
The controller of your personal data is Adam Ragač, company ID (IČO) 23011971, place of business K Zeleným domkům 807, Praha 4, 148 00 Praha, trading as VKNG.

When you leave your details in a form
We process what you fill in: your name, phone number and, if given, your email, company name and message.
We use them only to get back to you, answer your question and, if you want, prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not need or ask for your consent for this.
If we do not end up working together, we delete your details within 12 months of our last contact. If we do, we keep what is needed for invoicing for as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually 10 years).
When we call you first
We contact businesses and sole traders by phone. We take contacts only from public sources: the Czech business and trade registers (ARES), business directories and the businesses' own websites. We note the business or trader's name, company ID, public phone number and email, website address and a short note about the call.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time: just tell us on the phone that you are not interested, or write to ahoj@thevkng.com, and we will not contact you again. We keep only your number, on a do-not-call list, so that we never dial it again by mistake.
If you are not interested, we delete everything else within 12 months.
Visiting this website and cookies
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no ad tracking, which is why it does not ask for consent. Fonts and all other files come from our own server, not from Google or any other service.
The only thing the site remembers is whether you chose light or dark mode. That is stored in your browser only and never reaches us.
Our server does not log individual visits. Sign-in cookies are used only by the site's admin area, which only we log in to.
Who else handles your data
We do not sell your data or pass it on for marketing. Only the two people on our team work with it, plus these processors, who provide our infrastructure:

Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to get a copy. You can ask us to correct or erase it or to restrict its processing, you can object to processing, and you have the right to data portability. We reply within one month.
